Application forms collect information you provide (such as name, email, phone, role, message, and portfolio or SoundCloud URLs) so Boost.FM can assess your application. We retain applications according to our recruitment needs and legal obligations.

Review workflow

Review status, reviewer actions, and related metadata are stored to support quality-control workflows on playlist media.

Pack downloads

We log pack generation and download events where needed for access control, quotas, and security.

Taxonomy and tagging

Tags and taxonomy assignments you apply to studio content are stored to organise, filter, and discover media and related resources.

API access

API tokens, request logs, and related technical data are processed to authenticate integrations and prevent abuse.

Object storage

Media stored in S3-compatible buckets may be processed in regions chosen for the studio. Storage providers process data under contractual terms governing security and confidentiality.

Public website

When a white-label landing page is enabled, we may process technical data (such as IP address and user agent) and any information you choose to submit through published sections so Boost.FM can operate the public site and respond to enquiries.

Contact form

Contact form submissions (such as your name, email, and message) are collected so Boost.FM can respond. We retain messages according to our support and legal obligations.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by contacting Boost.FM at support@boostfm.com . If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
